Timeclocks can be unattended, but must be in a fixed location, such as the entrance to a worksite.  The InstantLog service was designed for clients whose check-in process is not unattended, and often not in fixed locations.  Mobility is a key reason clients love the InstantLog service.

We use low-cost, tried-and-true photo ID cards to positively identify a person.  This is far easier and more reliable than a logging system that uses a pin number or other unique code that must be entered into a device at check-in.

Authorized personnel scan the QR code from the ID card.  The app transmits logs all check-ins and check-outs.  The service provides the ability for individuals to register at multiple different locations as part of their work program.

Upload a spreadsheet of the people who are authorized to log check-ins. These will be individuals from the same organization, or partner organizations that are approved to provide the check-in service.

An email is sent to each authorized user to create a password, then to download the InstantLog app which will be used to scan the QR code on individuals’ ID cards.

ID Badge design is included
for free.

Upload data, via spreadsheet or individually one-by-one, of individuals who will be issued an ID card. This data can then be used to order the printing and mailing of custom ID cards.

ID Cards can be sent to an office location, or directly to members’ homes.
